Immo Finance was founded in 2013.

With various partners and clients, we have successfully completed equity and debt transactions for a total of > €3 billion within the Dutch commercial real estate market.

These transactions include housing portfolios (seniors homes, social and liberalised rental homes, student residences), office objects, logistics portfolios and objects, factory outlets, hotels and mixed-use portfolios.

Some examples:

  1. Immo Finance has provided guidance to one of Europe’s largest and Scandinavian headquartered housing investors with a successful entry into the Dutch market. Immo Finance provided the overall coordination in the successful Dutch market entry, which included the acquisition and financing of more then 10,000 dwellings as well as the integration of a professional local asset management platform.
  2. Through a subsidiary Immo Finance has assisted a US private equity firm expanding its exposure and network in the European market of sale-leaseback and built-to-suit real estate. Within this assignment, Immo Finance has amongst others secured the acquisition and forward funding for the development and construction of the c. 40,000 m2 Cedar building, ING Bank’s Global HQ in Amsterdam.
  3. Immo Finance assisted a German Pfandbrief Bank with a strategic market entry and build a loan book portfolio. Within this cooperation, approximately 25 financing transactions have been completed with a total exposure of c. €600 million. (Re)financing was provided for various (inter)national clients in relation to property acquisition, investment and (re) development of single assets and portfolios.
