With this strategic partnership Immo Finance provides ICN local expertise, to identify and structure new real estate business opportunities, acquire new projects and further establish the ICN brand in the Dutch market.
ICN provides innovative living and working solutions in urban areas, delivering high-end sustainable real estate concepts.
We target property development and value-add opportunities to grow ICN’s Dutch presence through the acquisition, (re)conceptualization and/or transformation of brownfields and underperforming buildings, with primary focus on appealing locations within the larger cities in the Randstad conurbation.
Supported by a team of over 30 international experts, ICN is headquartered in Luxembourg and has offices in Brussels and Amsterdam. With a solid 35-year track record of residential and offices projects in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Flemish Belgium, ICN currently has thirty projects under development totaling an investment value in excess of EUR 1.3bn.
In 2021 ICN acquired its first project in The Netherlands, located at the Aletta Jacobslaan in the Slotervaart district, being part of the larger Schinkelkwartier area development in Amsterdam. This project, developed by ICN in joint venture with BESIX RED, consists of 568 residential units in a 42,000 sqm mixed-use scheme.
